I originally had Fast Tracks do some performance work on a Ski-Doo I had before they became an Arctic Cat dealer.

I first purchased a snowmobile from Charlie and company in about 2003. I was going to be doing a very long saddlebag trip, and needed a sled more reliable than the one I had been riding. I walked in and told Charlie that I needed a used sled that he could guarantee would make the trip. I purchased that sled and made the almost 1000mile trip. 10 miles from our destination however, it had a catastrophic engine failure. I called Charlie and he said,"Bring it in when you get home". I did, and he stood by his word and put it back together at considerable expense to him. He handed it back to me and it was like a new sled with no expense to me. At that point he had a customer for life. I have since gone back numerous times, and felt very fairly treated, and purchased a motorcycle and new snowmobile, as well as many accessories and parts. And when I received the new sled and bike, they were properly set up, and ready to go, and I have not had a single issue with either (that wasn't self induced).When you get treated fairly, and receive service that is both good and timely, you have a recipe for success. And these guys are cooking.

I bought my 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S (in purple) from Charlie and I LOVE IT.

Ive been riding for a few years now and on my Vulcan S this was my BEST year yet. I put just over 9000KM on her, since picking her up in March 2015.Starting with the sales support from Charlie and all the staff at Fast Track while we waited for the bike to come in, to the follow up calls for the servicing, I can not see buying another bike from anyone else.As for my Vulcan S...well its the perfect bike for that person who wants the sit of a cruiser, but the speed and power of a sport bike. With a little twist of throttle, theres more than enough power to pass when needed or getting up to speed on the highways, and maintaining speed is easy with the 6 gears. Fuel mileage is fantastic on this bike. I can get about 4 days of riding back & forth to work on 1 tank of gas (about $14 to fill, about 300KM going on average 80KM/hr).Fast Track set up my beautful bike with the reduced seat, handle bars and foot position, which allows me to not have to stretch to reach any of my controls, they are all right there, and my feet are flat on the ground with the low seat height. We`ve ridden for hours and its a very comfortable bike.I HIGHLY recommend Charlie and his staff....and the Kawasaki Vulcan S is simply an awesome bike!!!!!!!!!

I herd about your dealership and Charle through my uncle Jim an i was very impresssed with what he had to say about you as a person and dealer. so i took a trip to fasttrack perormance ltd for my own experience , well let me tell you it was worth the drive to meet Charle and his wife for sure both of them are down to earth people who treat you good an make you feel the same wheather your spending money or just thinking about spending money .When i first met Charle in his office i was a bit intimedated by all his succes in racing snowmobiles and as a delaler of course , i had alot of questions for him about racing and how to set up my sled and why should i keep with articcat so we started talking and he explained everything to a tee even know he was busy like always and i had know idea what he was talking about at the time ,but i took what i could out of the conversaion and realized he chose articat for a good reason because they are the best in the industry by a land slid ! i realized pretty quick i would be very lucky to have him work on my sled for me ,with being a 7 time world champ snowmobile racer i t was a no brainer to bring it there for him to fix for me ,I have been dealing with charly for a couple of years now an i will send everyone there so they too can become aprt of team green and learn how to be the champ ! articCat snowmobiles and ATVs there is know other sled or atv out there that compares to an Articcat and if everyone wnts to be that racing or trail rider that they read about ,they should be on the winning team with ArticCAT bc wheather your new at the sport or old there is still time for you to experence the thrill of riding on a master peace built for everone to ride and win not just me !! thanks for everthing fastrack !!

Its really easy in today to be the "cheapest" when it comes to purchasing products such as Lawn equipment, Snowmobiles and ATV's. However, It is not easy to delivery customer value - meaning having a good price, and excellent service department and a great overall buying experience. You will leave Fast Track Performance happy with your product or service. That is something that cannot be said for all Dealerships! - Good Job Charlie and the Gang!
